Coastal Training can deliver a full Snow and Ice Control training program to your operation. Its components can include:
- Standard Program – Snow and Ice Control for Operators:
We provide a full program of training in Snow and Ice Control, including classroom sessions, practical training, and final assessments, with full reporting included. This program, at the minimum, has 8 hours of Theory and practical sessions are as determined. Individual trainee reports are included.
- Custom Program – Snow and Ice Control for Operators:
Initial assessment of your current plan Identification of new program objectives Creation of goals, training components, materials, strategies, and assessment tools, focusing on the operator new to the task. Delivery of the training program to operators, management, or other personnel Delivery of materials: training workbooks, forms, plans, and even policies and procedures; Delivery of practical training to operators Other custom components upon request.

We provide a variety or Snow and Ice Refresher programs, from short to long, with both theory (classroom) course and practical (operating) sessions. These are available in short or longer formats.

- Outline of training needs
