Professional Operator Training Services

Coastal Training can provide a number of services separate from standard training programs and courses. These include:

• Driver Assessment: we can use standard assessment strategies and materials or can custom-create them for in-house use;
  
• Remedial Training:  First, we prepare a "diagnosis" of the problem, and then a plan to eliminate it. This service may be provided as the result of an accident, incident, or a need for operator improvement in general;
  
• Refresher Training: this is available in all contexts, with groups or individuals, in or outside of the classroom setting; 
  
• Instructor Training: Many options are available from generic instructor training to "train the trainer" applications.
  We can teach instructors to work in classrooms, out in the field, or both.

Heavy Equipment Services

Independent of our training offerings, we have a number of services available to do with heavy equipment. Some of these are:
